This SVG flag shows a very simple image. Drawing uncomplicated graphics with a text editor seems more adequate than using a vector graphics program, and will often result in a dramatic reduction of file size.

Krasnodar Krai may have a different color scheme (and Lomantsov has received no response from his inquiry) so using the actual physical evidence we have we have to go with this.
