(sorry, I don't speak Kazakh and visited your start page more or less accidentally :) )
you should change the links for the Firefox download as soon as possible - 3.5 rc3 is quite outdated with a couple of security issues. the localized kk version is [http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html available] so you can either link directly to the currect direct links or just post a link to [http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ mozilla.com/firefox/] - both OS and language recognition are amazingly reliable ;)
