On 16 September 2011, you welcomed me on my talk page. I am very impressed by the constant dynamism of the Kazakh wikipedia.
The article about the French politician Марин Ле Пен has versions in many foreign languages.
I am not able to create the article in Kazakh since I do not speak and write this language. Could you please create a stub of this article from the Russian or English version ? As a MEP and a candidate for the 2012 French presidential election, she is well-known in European politics. On 13 October 2011, she was interviewed by the Russian daily newspaper Kommersant. During her presidential campaign, she will visit Russia and hopes to meet with Vladimir Putin (Владимир Владимирович Путин). As you can see, she figured in 71st position in the 2011 Time 100 (http://www.time.com/time/specials/packages/completelist/0,29569,2066367,00.html ; http://www.time.com/time/specials/packages/article/0,28804,2066367_2066369_2066134,00.html).

About the Kazakh wikipedia, I will propose you some suggestions and ideas as you asked me recently.
On the articles, the Kazakh wikipedia uses infoboxes whose matrix are originally written in English (eg Infobox Country for Kazakhstan, Infobox President for Nursultan Nazarbayev, Infobox Premier for Vladimir Putin). Would it possible for the administrators to create progressively a Kazakh matrix for the different infoboxes ?
There is a dashboard on the English wikipedia. So would it possible for the administrators to create such a tool on the Kazakh wikipedia ?
Some articles like the one of Vladimir Putin and USA appear to have dense paragraphs. Would it possible to aerate them in order to improve the general presentation ?
I am really impressed by the quick growth of the Kazakh wikipedia (104,698 articles).

Since this orphan article already existed in French version, I have updated it from the English version (My Kazakhstan, adopted on 7 January 2006). I created this French article from the English version : Hymne national du Kazakhstan (Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan adopted from 1992 to early 2006). A French version already existed about the Anthem of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic (adopted from 1945 to 1992).

Could you please create two stubs in Kazakh wikipedia about the 2012 French presidential election (en:French presidential election, 2012, ru:Президентские выборы во Франции (2012)) and La Rochelle (en:La Rochelle, ru:Ла-Рошель). The 2012 French presidential election will be an important event in European politics. Located north of Bordeaux and south of Nantes, La Rochelle is an important trade seaport on the Atlantic Ocean (Bay of Biscay).
If you have suggestions about Kazakh articles which could be translated in French, you are welcome and I will create their French version.
