Monument to Wikipedia in Slubice

On October 22, 2014, at 6:00 p.m., at the Plac Frankfurcki (Frankfurt Square) in Słubice the Wikipedia Monument will be unveiled. The Wikipedia community would like to express their thanks to the originators of the Monument, i.e. the employees of Collegium Polonicum in Słubice and the Mayor of the town, by preparing a commemorative book. The entries for the book will be collected on this page, and afterwards will be printed and presented to the hosts of the unveiling ceremony by the representative of the Wikimedia Polska association.

Wikiproject Erasmus Prize Winners

Dear fellow wikipedians,

My apologies for using English here, please help translate if you are able.
Wikipedia has been awarded the Erasmus Prize 2015. This prize is awarded annually to a person or institution that has made an exceptional contribution to culture, society or social science. The King of the Netherlands will present the award on 25 November. This will create media attention which will hopefully result in plenty of new volunteers. Prior to the award ceremony we would like to write and improve articles on former Erasmus Prize winners. All 80 former laureates should be notable enough to merit an article.

Please join the project and help us provide our fellow laureates with articles.

Liebe Mitautoren, mir ist beim Lesen vieler Artikel über Gemeinden aufgefallen, dass die genannten Bürgermeister nicht mehr im Amt sind. Ich würde mich freuen wenn man diesem Problem gemeinschaftlich begegnet und die Bürgermeister aktualisiert. Häufig ist auf der Internetseite der jeweiligen Gemeinde der aktuelle Bürgermeister genannt. Помощь в переводе

Добрый день, есть кто нибудь? Я не говорю по-казахски, но мне нужна помощь в переводе одного шаблона, который я перевёл с русского и адаптировал под казахскую. Я перевёл его с помощью Google Translate, но я не думаю, что он идеально знает казахский. Есть кто-нибудь, кто сможет мне помочь в этом? Просто отзовитесь здесь (а ещё лучше пропингуйте меня) и я объясню. В принципе, вы и сам можете проверить шаблон и поправить перевод - Үлгі:Уикипедиялар жарыстар. Я также не уверен над правильностью названия шаблона (тоже брал с переводчика), возможно его стоит переименовать. Русский вариант этого шаблон можно найти здесь. Я подправил по грамматике Ваш перевод. Но не знаю почему Господин Арыстанбек удалил Ваш шаблон. Название должно быть так: Үлгі:Уикипедиялар жарысы --Мұхамеджан А.А. (талқылау) 23:33, 2016 ж. қаңтардың 1 (ALMT)

Ему видимо неизвестно назначение этого шаблона, а может просто подумал, что я новый участник с нулевым вкладом создал шаблон с машинным переводом на казахский. Я даже не успел поместить шаблон себе на ЛС, как он был удалён (во время создания этого топика). Спасибо большое, Мұхамеджан Амангелді. Comments and feedback on the planned international LGBT+ Wiki Loves Pride featured picture drive are welcome on the discussion page, see link.

The competition encourages high quality photographs from Pride events and other LGBT+ cultural related images to be released to Wikimedia Commons. The goal is to see a jump in the numbers of LGBT+ cultural related photographs nominated for Featured Picture status on all Wikimedia projects.
